Dr. Blankenship's office is like a factory. They don't provide any personal attention to you or your child. The staff is condecending and inflexible. We have been going there for 5 years and I felt it was average, but after my last visit, I am finished. My son's filling fell out and they could not get me in for an emergency for 3 days. Then we went in for an x-ray, but I had to come back the next day to re-fill his tooth. The treatment was not good. Two weeks later he was in severe pain (did not sleep at night) we had to return (it was Friday morning). They did another x-ray and said the tooth had to be pulled. They had the nerve to suggest I give him antibiotics & pain pills and come back on Monday. How horrible!! They were able to "squeeze" me in later that day after I threw a fit. How sad to have your 5 year old's tooth pulled because no one cared enough to take care of him the first time. They do have a great, fun, kid atmosphere and my 4 kids enjoy the office but I am finding another dentist... one that cares about us personally. My kids well-being is too important for them to be treated this way.

This office has been caught lying about providing my children floride when it was not due or covered and they tried to charge me for it.

Dr. Blankenship had to re-do one of my daughter's filling but the tooth ended up being under filled. I didn't even bother to complain about it. I didn't want her working on my daughter's tooth again. Instead I made another appointment to a different dentist for his opinion. As it turned out, I was right. The tooth was not fully filled, leaving the exposed area prone to decay if wasn't re-done. There are two other teeth with decay that the dentist found that Dr. Blankenship did NOT find a month ago. Another tooth was also done poorly and needs to be re-done. The staffs are nice. Dr. Blankenship is okay, I only met the lady once for the two years that I WAS bringing my daughter there. Save yourself and your child the experience that my daughter and I had to go through. Find another dentist.
