I transferred my policies to Susan Erkfritz, last January, because I couldn't get a clear explanation of recent policy increases. She called claims during my visit and told me not only the reasons but what would be required to get my discount(s) back. Per our first discussion, I followed up with her again. She not only got my discount(s) back but got me a retroactive refund of premiums paid.
