Fuji Hana is one of the few restaurants that serves a combination plate of teriyaki, sashimi and sushi. It's consistently delicious -- except for the red snapper which I ask them to substitute with salmon or super white -- and it's fairly priced. The wait staff is efficient and the ambience, just fine. It's always a treat to eat at Fuji Hana!

I absolutely love this place! The food is always great. I always eat the hibachi and Julio is the most entertaining person I've ever met. He always makes sure the entire table is having a good time and he'll even joke with other tables he's not cooking at.

This food is truly delicious! I go once a week. I usually get the teriyaki chicken, shrimp, chicken fried rice and sushi! Yum, yum! I absolutely loooove this place. They have a health score of 100%. You can't beat the taste, cleanliness and value of this place! I am sure this will be one of your favorites!!

My family and I are Sushi fans so we were excited to find out there was a Sushi restaurant located near our house. The service was horrible and the Sushi was way below average tasting Sushi. However, the price is reasonable.

First of all, the service was horrible. The appetizer came out ten minutes after our sushi, which wasn't fresh at all. The smoked salmon was rubbery and cut entirely too thick (As if they were trying to get rid of the last bit they had) I asked to speak to the manager and had to wait another ten minutes to speak to him when I could see that he was unoccupied. When the manager did come over to our table, he laughed at us, bascially stating that we didn't know what we were talking about and refused to take anything besides the smoked salmon off the bill. When I told him I would not be returning, he stated in a condescending manner, "Ok, That's fine." making no attempt to make good on our purchase of other food. When we left after the manager refused to take the rest of our uneaten food off the bill, we left at least 15 pieces of uneaten sushi on the table, which we still had to pay for. Also, I have no doubt that the fish other than the smoked salmon was good, but how can you expect to eat something after you have a disgusting taste in your mouth from other fish. If you have ever gotten bad sushi before, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I wouldn't recommend this food to anyone, and wouldn't even feed this stuff to my dog. You have been warned!

You cannot beat dollar sushi Mondays ever. Although the staff can be a little difficult to understand at times, I love everything else. The sushi bar is always clean and the food always smells and tastes fresh.

It was a decent place for sushi. I agree with the previous reviewer on how it didn't "wow" me. Service was ok. It is unusual to combine a thai restaurant and a sushi restaurant into one, at least when I was there on that day. Thai Peppers + Fuji Hana

I thought the sushi was just okay. It didn't leave that "wow" this is good impression with me. If I decide to go again, I will try something else. I found a much better sushi spot right down the street in Cobb Place.

Prices are great if you get there early enough to get the early bird discount and on $1 sushi night. My favorite meal there is sushi on $1 night and they have a nice selection at this price. Service has always been good.

Nice place to go when you just have that craving for sushi. Not perfect, but they do a great job making you feel comfortable. Very nice variety and fun setting.
