Ok, I'm used to going to Aveda and I needed a last second pedicure and manicure and I knew there was no way I would get a weekend appointment with Aveda. I did get a walk in with Sweet Nails for a combo deal. The pedicure nails themselves looked good and lasted awhile, but they didn't work on the feet themselves. I'm used to having the tough skin and calluses removed with a little elbow work...not with sweet nails. I had a french manicure done with my fingers and within several hours I already had a chip. By the next day five of my nails were chipped. Why spend them money to get a manicure that lasts less than a day? I've had cheap french manicures done before and lasted a lot longer. The store itself is a little grungy and a little scary compared to the day spas I'm used to going too. I'll only go to a nail place like this for touch ups once in awhile, but I'll regularly go to the spa instead.
