The Roswell facility now has a well-equipped waiting room with cable tv and wifi (parents are not supposed to watch from the pool area). The facility is an older one, but absolutely functional. There are several outstanding instructors for swim lessons and a FANTASTIC team coach who responded IMMEDIATELY to my email requesting an evaluation for my son and even made little recommendations and corrections as he did the evaluation. GREAT place.

The Manager at the Johns Creek location is verbally abusive to parents and staff. As a parent whom experienced this, I would not recommend this location to any parent or child.

Swim Atlanta is a great facility to go to if you are interested in increasing your skills in swimming for either competition or fitness. The Master's Swim coach Debbie Carey is fantastic and can take those of limited skills or seriously good swimmers and tailor a workout to each person's level.

My daughter swam there for years and had a couple of longtime great coaches. Beware: There were items stolen from kids' bags while they were swimming. Don't leave things in locker rooms.

Roswell location - The staff is rude, immature and unprofessional. They are obviously not educated in customer service. The facility is dirty. There is no hot water for showers. There is no place for parents to wait or sit. The benches have now been removed and we were told to sit outside. The instructors don't even get in the water with the kids. No positive reinforcement for the kids. The owners promised improvement but if anything, it has gotten worse. We were told that this is not a Country Club, that they don't have to smile, and that they are not going to bow down to the parents. I do not recommend this facility for any age swim lessons. I understand they have a great swim team.

I signed my 4 year old son up for swim lessons there after receiving many recommendations. Though the instructor was very good, I found that the office staff was not very friendly and the class policies, such as parents must stay on the bleachers during the class, were not consistantly enforced.

These swim lessons and swim clinics are one of the best I have ever had my kids take. The staff is good with children and staff is professional. Kids really become great swimmers.
