I had an appointment with Shannon at Cumberland Mall @ 6:15. This would have made my 5th microabrasion on my chest.- I always make my appointments a week in advance. They doubled booked that appointment, and they thought I was going to wait for the other client to finish her appointment. You expect me to be on time for my appointment, so I expect the same from your spa. I don't think this is asking too much. Shannon tried to hide from me when she took the other client back for her service. The woman was sitting across from me when she came to get her. I feel this is VERY poor customer service. I was very angry, so I canceled my appointment. They wanted to me to stay. How can I enjoy a spa treatment after being treated like a 2nd class citizen.? I was ignored. I don't appreciate being treated like this. . My appointment was at 6:30, and I was ignored for another client. I am furious - I came home. I called Spa Sydell @ 404-255-7727. And they informed me that I only had one treatment from my series left. It is not my fault the spa double booked appointments, and that is your fault. After I got mad, They lied to me - they told me that they were running a little late. I don't believe this for a moment. They double booked appointment - I am not going to set there while they give someone else my appointment! I had to go back over to Cumberland mall to straight this out. Do you know how high gas prices are these days? I feel you should pay me for my time and gas.

Sydells has a relaxing atmosphere the staff there were very helpful which made me relax even more . the massages and facials are out of this world I felt like new person when i left there.
