Switched from Verizon to T-mobile in November of 2013 and all I have to say is buyer beware!I was given a quote by the sale lady, Arithia. When I got the first bill it was about $50 higher than what she quoted me. I called for and explanation, she said it was due to fees that would only apply to the first month. Before I got my second bill I decided to call Tmobile to make sure the bill would match the price I was given. They said it would match the lower price because I had called a few days before to change my data plan to the cheaper plan with limited 4g service. Only one problem, I never did!!!!!!! The service agent and I determined that some one at the Bethpage store had illegally accessed my account and fraudulently changed my plan to meet the cheaper price. After several calls with several Tmobile managers and even calling several stores to see what would be done, it turns out that if you are taken for a ride by a store that is not a corporate store, there is absolutely nothing Tmobile will do. I called consumer affairs and they said my issue would have to be resoved by the FFC. I currently have a case against TMobile and I am also going to advise the Nassau County District Attorneys office to see if they could do something. As it stand I am paying $50-$60 dollars more a month than quoted
