I read the response from Jhandmade, I have to say. Honey read the website it stares clearly the pricing of the salon. Yeah Wayne does not wash his hair every day like most people nor do I and my name is Kelly. I have been seeing Wayne for 12 years or longer. I get exactly what I want and what I need from him. He is not a magician, that being said maybe it was a personality conflict and not his artisty? Or maybe it was the way you boxed him in with all your directions. Becaue honestly if you truly had a bad cut it was not his fault but only yours. That is even from your husbands stand point. I trust him fully with every strand of hair I own and no one else will ever touch my head. Maybe you expect a merical? The fact you would not call him to work it out your displease, only shows you do not belong there. Because whatever he did you would complain about. By the way I have curly hair to and I do not was it but once a week. Sometimes longer depending on the weather. Love my hair. Love my hairdresser. Most honest person you will ever know!

I was excited to go to the salon, but once I was there I was extremely disappointed. I specifically stated what I didn't want, and it was as if it were opposite day. I got a horrible, unflattering haircut. The exact opposite of what I asked for. I also found it highly unsettling and, to be frank, disgusting when Wayne, the stylist, explained to me how long he goes in between washes on his hair, then he started running his hands through his dirty hair, and then through mine. This was the first time I cried after getting my hair cut. My husband couldn't even find anything nice to say. And the price was double what his website advertised. It was a horrible experience and I now have to wait for my hair to grow out to get it fixed.
