Our Thanksgiving plans changed and we had to eat out, Ted's was wonderful, packed, but wonderful! The server was sooo polite even though she was working on Thanksgiving day.

The waiting time was way too slow. They had plenty of open tables....but no one getting them clean. The hostess, I think her name was Mel or Meli, was yelling at everyone. She seemed to be in a bad mood. Wasn't very friendly. We got a sweet girl named Diamond as our server. She was going as fast as she could but apparently the cook was having problems. Also, we our potatoes were cold when we finally got them. And the Mel lady was walking around causing alot of tension with the other workers. I doubt we will be back. And the prices are really high.

We dine out quite a bit and therefore believe ourselves to know a good restaurant when we encounter one. Accordingly, we saw and believed the billboards all over the Atlanta area touting Teds to be the very best; supposedly having won the title of BEST HAMBURGER IN ATLANTA. If that is the case then I would suggest abandoning hamburgers completely! Instead of bread or chips, the server placed a bowl of sliced cucumbers on the table. Odd, but what the heck- we LIKE cucumbers ordinarily, so we took that in stride UNTIL we tasted them! Unfortunately, these were absolutely DRENCHED in salt and horrible... The burgers inclusive of the bison and black angus were dry, devoid of flavor and NOT cooked to our specifications- and again, extremely salty. One of our burgers was ordered with sauteed mushrooms and those were actually cold at the periphery, signaling us that the burger sat for a bit before being delivered to our table. While service was good, and the plating was pleasant to look at, those things hardly made up for the mediocrity of the meal.

Ted's has, by far, the best Bison burgers I have ever had and their Beef filet can be cut with a fork. This is a nice place for a special dinner with friends as the prices can be a bit high but, you get what you pay for here.

I used to love this place but hadn't tried it in awhile I was very disapointed in the service also the food!I'd always been able to get my bison burger cooked the way I wanted but it came out way over done. I mentioned it to the waiter but..nothing. I tried again the next day because a friend from out of state wanted to try it & thought it might have been just a bad day. Nope! Same thing again. Won't try it again for a long time if then.

Choice of bison or other meats. A little on the pricey side, but food is good, service is good. There is generally a wait to be seated, but rarely more than 20 minutes. The complimentary cucumber slices are great! It's worth a trip to the restroom to go back in time.

The Bison burgers are excellent here, and food is home-style. I enjoy coming here when I don't want the long waits at the restaurants next to the mall. Service is ok, but the food quality is consistently good.
