They're the worst company we have evey dealt with! If you want to resolve an issue this isn't the company to use. They absolutely won't come back after the job has been completed. They will find any loop hole to use and will not stand behind their product or work! Buyer BEWARE! Then when you call them to discuss your issue ...how do they handle your issue?!?!...they hang up on you!!! I can't stress enough ...take your business elsewhere!!!! I wish I could give them a 0 out of 5! Their business ethics and practices are abhorrent!

On first contact, the company was very responsive and submitted their quote for the work to be done very quickly. When they sent us the quote, this also included several pages of references. My first mistake was taking this large list at face value, rather than contacting the individuals and companies involved. Work began 07/07/10 After completion and full payment of the job, we had leaks in our front bedroom. This caused some damage to the roof and wall at the time. The company sent out someone to fix it 3 times, most recently on March 3rd 2011, and there is still water coming through. They are now refusing to come and fix their work. I asked how we would deal with the issue of the damage to the inside ceiling and wall, and she stated that only the external work was guaranteed. I pointed out to her that the damage to the inside is a direct result of the poorly done work on the outside (which has already been patched/fixed once after putting the new roof on), and that they should cover it. They refused. I had my attorney look at the contract from the company, and he has advised that the contract is badly worded and does not limit any liability for Tennis Roofing. I have given the company several opportunities to make this right, and worked through the BBB in order to try and keep them honest. As of 03/05/11 there is still water coming in through my ceiling when it rains. Many more complaints that I could not fit into 250 words.

BEWARE!!! Don't let this group take you in on a residential job. We purchased 5 hours of labor, less than a case of caulking and a small bucket of asphault sealant for $1500 because of one or two words in the ESTIMATE. Estimated a job on my house using specific products to fix my leaks but then uses vague words in the estimate like "deem". Seems this estimate locks a customer into that number no matter what as soon as it's signed. I wonder if that would have worked both ways.
