We bought a termite bond for our home and we have had nothing but problems since last summer with Terminix. The latest...I have been trying to get $220 that they owe us since October. I have called 4 times and I get the same answer, you'll get it in 4 to 6 weeks. They always say they will check on it and call me back and they never do. I am going to file a complaint with BBB. I have all the names, dates, and info written down. Another thing, to get the bond, we had to have vents put in the crawl space. They charged us for 1 too many and that was H*** to get straightened out. We were warned by our neighbor and we didn't listen. Beware!!

The exterminator comes reliably once a month although they only spray outdoors unless I am home. The service people are helpful with bugs. They were not a big help with other animals and even though it is covered in my plan, I ended up having to find another vendor specialist.

We were very happy with the service we had with Terminix. We had active termites and they came within two days of us calling to assess. They then came back when it was convenient for us and got rid of our termites.

I have had a great experience for many, many years. I love my service tech, Anthony. He has made all the difference in my pest control needs and he is why I love Terminix.

I have been using Terminix in Stone Mountain (even though their office is not the one that is closest to my home) for about 3 years now. The termite service is a bit anonymous, as service is usually done while I'm at work. But when I need pest control inside the house, I've always dealt with the same technician--Jessica. She's thorough, friendly, and effective. Overall, no complaints.
