I have used this dry cleaner for a few years because the prices are cheap. However, quite often I have to take things back for spots or soiled areas they did not get out even when I took the time to point this out to them. My clothing and home linens are top quality and not cheap. I purchased a new Utility brand bed quilt for a bed a few months ago. (if you're not familiar with Utility brand canvas check them out) the first quilt I had was about 15 yrs old when I gave it to someone and still looked new (no fuzzing) even though it had been landered many times. The new quilt was about $400 and I had laundered for first time at their Johnson Ferry location. Got out to put back on bed today and noticed condition. Took it back to speak to the owner there because the fabric on quilt had been all roughed up and had darker colored lint all over it including some dark short pet looking hair, neither of which would be on my bed at home. I was nice to the owner and asked him if possibly it had been laundered with other items that would have left lint all over it. Instantly, he became angry and started screaming at me. Because I felt unsafe I immediately left, he followed me to my car still screaming at me and telling me I am never happy with his work. (I hadn't had anything recently that I had to take back so I thought this was odd) never offered to replace or even rerun. Would only suggest using this cleaner for cheap, throw-away items that, if ruined, it won't matter.
