Just wish this company had been around for all the dogs I've had. Fabulous staff. When my dog was fighting cancer, they were so gentle with her. She never stressed. Quick but thorough service!!!

I have been bringing all my dogs to That Dirty Dog since they opened and have never been even slightly disappointed. Old English Sheepdogs are a challenge to groom and Monica does a terrific job. All the employees are friendly and give a great bath with loving care.

We have two dogs, a miniature golden doodle and a spaniel mix, and can't say enough great things about our grooming experience at That Dirty Dog. We have tried numerous groomers around town and have not been thrilled. (Our golden doodle has skin allergies and sensitivities so almost every past trip to the groomer also ended up in a trip to the vet to deal with a hot spot or an issue from grooming.) The groomers at That Dirty Dog listened to us and did a wonderful, careful job with a dog that was horribly matted and difficult to manage. Our other dog looks wonderful too. We couldn't be more pleased. The staff was pleasant and helpful and even used a hypoallergenic shampoo without us asking. The prices were very, very reasonable and our dogs were finished within the promised time frame. Overall, a wonderful experience. We will be recommending to all of our friends!

Everyone always friendly. Great place to give dog a bath without the mess of using own tub. Also, up off the ground to make it easier on the back. Clean facilities.

Monica is a terrific groomer and Kathy (the owner) is pulling together a stellar staff who do terrific baths and never forget the little extras that make you keep coming back!

You would assume FULL SERVICE if you are calling a grooming business means. Haircut, nails, blow dry. That is not the case-you must ask for each individual service and they all start to add up. I have a small dog and it cost me $55 for a full service and he does not look like the same dog. I would not recommend them.

We take our dog to That Dirty Dog every 2 weeks for her bath. The staff is friendly and very patient with our dog, especially since she tends to have some separation anxiety. They do a great job in washing, blow drying, and cutting her nails. The cost of the service is based on the dog's weight. So the bigger the dog, the more you pay. But it definitely is worth it! Would highly recommend.

I would just like to take a moment to respond to the last review.I'm a former employee of That Dirty Dog. I often check Kudzu to see the reviews and periodically check to see the reviews for TDD. I would like to say first and foremost that EVERYONE at the spa goes through a very thorough training process from day 1. The owners are very kind and are always open to feedback. They even ask you to fill out a feedback form so they can evaluate your experience with TDD. It's always been their #1 priority to make sure that their customers are satisfied and will return. I find it sad that you did not have the courage to approach management about the issue if you were that unahappy. There are no "hidden" prices. Their pricing guide is very easy to read and understand. I hope you have the opportunity to visit them again. I'm sure if dogs could talk they would let owners know how much TLC they get at That Diry Dog. I highly recommend That Dirty Dog and next time if you have a problem get to the root of it, its much easier.

I took my golden here because I had heard good things. When is was all said and done my "bath" ended up costing me $52 dollars. Everything was a la carte and I did not realize this. I was charged extra for toenails, extra to shave the pads, and extra for a sanitary trim. When I got him back he was clean and fluffy but was not brushed out. I now realize it is because they do not have trained groomers doing their bathing, but hourly employees who have not been trained how to properly brush out a dog. I'll go back to my regular groomer who charges me $30 and everything is included.

I was a walk-in for nails/ears/glands, and was in and out within 10 minutes. They were so fast and friendly, it was a great experience for me and my dog. The girls obviously love animals and were great at calming my dog down during the nail dremel. They have scented candles at the cashier to mask any doggy odors. Best of all, the price for the services my dog got were AMAZING. It was about 1/4 of what I've been paying the vet for just nails/glands! I really appreciate that they list prices on the website, a lot of places I looked into do not do that.

The place is very clean and doesn't even smell like a dog. The employees are professional and so nice...they have better prices than PetsMart and its a nice atmosphere to bring your family into. The employees are so good with the dogs and take care of them great. I would highly recommend this service!!

This place is wonderful! I can take my dog there, bathe him for a nominal fee and the best part is that my house is still clean... no water everywhere on the walls of the bathroom, no hair in the drain. The owners and employees are always helpful. I love it!!
