I ordered a dvd which they claimed was delivered to me, even though it wasn't. I was told i needed to take it up with fedex, who allowed a stanger to sign for the package. When I attempted to discuss the situation with the manager, she refused and said they had done their part. I believe dooing their part would have included courtesy, and contacting fedex themselves. Istead, they telling me I'am just out the money. No concern for the customer.

We helped our dvd customer by immediately calling back and speaking over the phone to let her know that we shipped out another dvd as well as a Bar Method stretching strap at no cost. We also followed up with FedEx and it turned out that the FedEx driver had delivered to the incorrect address. At the end of the process our customer was very happy with her dvd and thankful for the response to her complaint.
