Bob kept us in the dark regarding his agency's requirement a client must buy a minimum of 2 or more insurance products from him. This did not come up at all in two phone conversations 3 weeks before our homeowner policy expired. He accepted our info with appreciation and said he would start working on it. 3 weeks later, we called, as we had not heard from him, and he informed us we were not wanted in his agency (this is HOURS before our homeowner policy expires, on a Friday night) due to his 2+ products policy. We had to scramble on the weekend to place coverage, hoping no pipes burst, lightning hit, etc. Don't let this happen to you. Start your search for an agency elsewhere.
