I am glad that management is listening to its customers. He truly wants to please. There were lots of weight staff who were extremely nice and stopping by all the time. I also saw some kitchen staff running food too.... smart. The band that night was Men in Blues and we had a blast! The food portions are much larger and cheaper!! I will defiantly be going again and again.

Will never go there again!!! My girl friends and I had spent about $300 in food and drinks. The waiter arrived (after disappearing for about 30 minutes) to provide the bills, which were wrong. When one of my friends addressed with him that she was being charged for one more drink than she had, the manager John, came over and was immediately disrespectful and rude and said, "Listen Sweetheart, I made all of those drinks and I know where every one of them went". All of us were astonished by his unprofessionalism and could vouch that she was being overcharged. She even agreed to pay for it, but just wanted to let them know, she didn't have that many! After telling him not to refer to her as "Sweetheart" he followed up by saying "I'm from the South and you don't f-ing talk to me like that". WOW. Completely unneccesary and ruined what was a perfectly fun night. I will tell every one I know, never to go there. Not worth the fight!

Save your money. Poor service, poor food quality, high priced drinks. Tried to speak with the kid who said he was the general manager. Red eyes and he couldnt concentrate on our conversation - I think he was high. The so called chef wouldnt come to the table to discuss the poor quality of the meal. And this is funny too, they have an entertainment tip line on the credit card receipt. The waiter told me it goes to the house 'to pay for the band'. Talk about greedy owners. Wont be back and its my duty to let everyone know how bad the food, the service and the management is.

The thing about The Cave that strikes you is its atmosphere. It really is like stepping into a different time and place. Suddenly, you're inside the Castle...and you're the King. I've been to The Cave several times for different entertainment experiences. Where else are you going to find live Stand-Up in Kennesaw? Or Jazz? The rock bands they have on the weekends are great, too. The Cave is consistent in its quality. It might be a bit out of the way, but it's a rare find.

Just returned from The Cave-a business dinner with 8 of us- and have nothing but good things to say.Great place! the service was amazing, very attentive but not to the point of being annoying. We spent over two hours eating, talking, drinking. No pressure to leave the table even though place was packed.Great food, great service, great atmosphere.Best wine value in the city.

This is truly a sad story. Great location, great venue, great bands, but the food and drinks are way over priced, and the service is the worst I have ever seen. UPDATE: MARCH 1 2008 Just got back from the best night ever at the Cave. Every time I go on Friday night, it gets better.
