Horrible customer service. Purchased a doll to give my daughter for Christmas for a total of $201.41. Doll arrived defective. Contacted the store and was told not their problem contact manufacturer. Filed a dispute with my card than the store sent me hours of essays on how they would have helped if I had not contacted my card... never took care of it though, just a lot of talking and wasting time, leaving me with a defective doll, no Christmas gift and financial loss. My credit card they will resolve it within 60 days, well past Christmas. The most dishonest and unprofessional store I ever had to deal with.Would never recommend .

This store's manager (Amanda) needs some substantial training on how to speak, email and deal with merchandise that has to be returned or exchanged. Because of poor quality control for products they sell, a defect to an item, wrong item, missing item from order, etc. I have never in my life been so spoken down to so rudely by a person that's half my age. Also if you ask to speak to the Owner you will be told A). She's never there B). You can only speak to this Amanda . Amanda will let you know she's in charge. There is no other higher than her. She's the GOD of the dolls. She has the last say on all. Or as one employee told me I don't know who owns the store. I asked her then who hired you? I can't believe you have never met the store owner. I as a long time customer know the store owners name and even when I named the person she kept admittedly denying she even knew who I meant. This is all just unexcusable for any business to run like this. Shame on U DOLL MARKET! No more for me
