After three years a tenant of the 1409 N. Alta Vista building I would say our overall experience has been pleasant and accommodation. Kevin and Jason are extremely professional and polite and are always quick to respond when reach out. I have already recommended this building and Eberly compact to several friends and would feel comfortable offering my highest recommendation to anyone who asked about my experience working with them.

We had been having issues with our oven periodically over the past few months and recently had put in another request to have the kinob fixed. A few days later we came home to a brand new oven, it was a wonderful surprise and great to know that the Eberly Company is truly looking out for the safety and satisfaction of their tenants.

The Eberly company manages my property on Market Street in Los Angeles. They set up direct deposit for two different dates, assist with providing market rate rent figures, as well as the other duties of managing my property. In short, I am very pleased. Wendy , Cynthia Eberly and Charles Eberly have all been very responsive in assisting me with various requests over the year. I appreciate all there help and patience in dealing with my requests! They all show excellent attention to my e-mails and working to achieve the results I'm looking for. Look forward to there continued assistance in the management of my property. Keep up the excellent work and thanks for ALL your help.

I am a tenant at 4427 Murietta ave in Sherman Oaks Ca 91423. I have lived here for 4 years now and totally enjoy this building, It has a very well maintained solar heated swimming pool. The only one on the block. The maintenance and management are fantastic. If I ever move I Will go on Eberly Companys web page and find my next apartment there.

Words cannot express how satisfied I am with the quick service from The Eberly Company. My central AC broke on 5/5/11. The Eberly Company had it replaced less then 24hrs after I had informed them that my AC was not working. No property mgmt company in all of LA can match that service and turn around!!

I just experienced an apartment miracle! You usually hear about landlords ripping you off and not fixing things. The Eberly Company is not that company! On Friday evening I heard a popping sound under my kitchen sink, and hot water came flooding out, flooding my kitchen, and even into the living room. I called the emergency number and Chuck Eberly himself called me back within 5 minutes. Within the hour I had a plumber at my door, fixing the problem, and then a half hour after that a guy came to clean up the mess and dry out the cabinets and the carpet. The fast response definitely saved the kitchen from mold. And now, bright and early this morning, someone from Eberly knocked on my door to finish the repairs and make sure everything was fixed. Thanks Eberly!

There is no better person to work with then Chuck Eberly. He really understands the LA market and knows how to make apartment buildings thrive. We have entrusted all our properties to The Eberly Company for over a decade and they always provide the same level of professionalism and kindness.

The absolute WORST management company I have ever experienced. If we knew they were so bad we never would have rented with them. The only thing they care about is the bottom line. The staff is the RUDEST and least accommodating bunch I have seen. Only small things get taken care of right away, but anything else they could not be bothered with. We have been accused numerous times of things we did not do: instead of asking they go on to straight out accusal: "It has come to our attention you are doing_______, we trust that you will take care of it" The owner has also accused me of being a liar, taking his employee's side over mine. Now, I think this is unacceptable to outright accuse me of being a liar when I have no history of ever doing so. Oh, and let me say something about the employees! The office staff is atrocious. So rude, condescending and apathetic. Calling into the office or going there is like getting slapped in the face. They treat you like gunk on the bottom of their shoe. I have never lived at a residence where the management expected you to pay for their services and they give you practically nothing in terms of actual service. No help in emergency situations, rude and obnoxious, make ZERO effort to make the tenant happy and on top of that treat you like a lying ingrate that should be happy for the horrible service they provide. I would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy. All other tenants I have spoken to in the building agree.
