Anyone considering laser treatment for fungal nail infections should consult Dr. Worley, who has had extensive experience with this painless procedure and goes to great lengths to make certain that there is a successful outcome. This treatment is much superior to over-the-counter remedies, safer than oral anti-fungals, and cosmetically preferable to nail removal. Procedure is not covered by insurance but Dr. Worley offers great value with multiple follow-up visits. He is kind and personable and his staff is friendly and accessible. Would not hesitate to recommend him!

I am a new client of Dr. Worley. I am impressed at the thoroughness of his service. We were on the same 'footing' when I mentioned the treatment that evaporated my planter warts in the past (1976). He was surprised that the treatment was used that many years ago. Worked like a charm! Last week I was the first patient to be seen in his new office in LaJolla for a followup appoint that was a no charge. I wish him well and look forward to a clean bill of health for a long time. Thank you Dr. Ron. Vivian

My anxiety and worry that I my not be able to walk comfortable due to spurs and foot and ankle stress were solved with great care by Dr Worly. His surgery approach was in my best interest making sure that I was comfortable and relaxed during his procedure, full attention and confidence in a very nice atmosphere. Before Dr Worley starts he performs tests and listens to my concerns and complaints and calls to check me at home to make sure how I'm doing. I am grateful to have Dr Worley as my Podiatrist. As a result the pain to walk is gone and I can use my feet to there best potential.

Dr. Worley is an attentive and caring doctor in a world where too often patients are a number and not a name. While under Dr. Worley's care for severe plantar fasciitis I felt like a priority and received exemplary care. Dr. Worley took the time to sit down and listen to my concerns, as I work in a hopsital and have to be on my feet at least 8 hours a day. When one treatment didn't work we discussed and made a plan for the next treatment idea. I feel confident in recommending Dr. Worley to all of those who are suffering with foot problems!

I found Dr. Worley on Kudzu. Dr. Worley had a cancellation and was able to see my son the next day after calling his office. He performed an in-office procedure on my son with great care and expertise. Office staff was outstanding. I wish every doctor and staff were this great.

No sure if this is a review or a praise! I had an absolutely horrible ingrown toenail that was in serious shape. I didn't have medical insurance so I searched for a specialist that I figured could help. The doc fixed this crazy toenail and sent me on my way with an easy payment plan - worth its weight in gold! My toe has recently fully recovered and I have been taking the precautions Dr. Worley gave me and I am happy as can be! Surfs up!

I lost my orthotics in a car fire (they were accidentally left in a pair of shoes in the trunk and not on my feet at the time-- arrgh!). I had worn them for so long that I sort of took them for granted and never got them replaced. Well, months later I began having knee problems, and terrible right ankle pain. I finally realized that my physical problems and pain stemmed from not having the orthotic support, and after so many months, my feet and ankles apparently just kind of caved in. My feet were flatter than ever, and my ankles were very pronated, especially the right one. After much research and opinions, I decided on Dr. Worley, and I am very pleased to have chosen him to treat my condition. He was very attentive, personable, listened intently, and seemed quite passionate and confident about his work. After an initial talk and examination, he had no doubt that I needed orthotics again. His skill and attention to detail when prepping my feet for the custom made orthotics was great. I felt confident in his work and was not surpised when I picked up my orthotics and put them in my shoes and instantly felt relief- a proper balance to my feet and ankles was back in order. I recommend his work.

I have gone to Dr. Worley for over 16 years. Even when his office was in Oakland CA. He has always taken great care of me. All my surgeries and my orthotics have been excellent. He is a very caring and gentle Doctor. When ever I am in San Diego I make it a point to go to him. You can't find a better Foot Doctor.

Great professional service right when I walked through the door. Dr. Worley has a lot of experience and it clearly shows. Very gentle and kind. I highly recommend this doctor for any foot problems!
I had back pain and Dr. Worley fitted me with custom orthotics and my pain is now gone after a week! Thank you, thank you!!! God Bless you, Dr. Worley!!
Another doctor wanted to operate on me and I think I'm too old for surgery. Dr Worley is a very kind and compassionate man and fitted me with a brace which allowed me to walk comfortably. the other doctor never mentioned trying a brace. Dr Worley's staff is also kind and caring. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Paulette V.
over charged over rated but i would say that they need to know that customers talk to their freinds and tell them...

This is a very suspicious posting. Fired former employee? No one has made such a statement to our office. Note that the person's identity is hidden. Note that there is nothing specific mentioned other than "worst in town over charged over rated"(sic) What was "over charged"? "Over rated" by whom? Our default policy is to settle any dispute that may arise in the patient's favor. I give away too many services to ignore this sad post.
Went in for growth between 2 toes. Only a scraping was done. Was charged $187.00 for office visit, and $244.00 for pathology! Totally unnecessary! Would not recommend to anyone.

This review is a bit undeserved. My charges consisted of an initial office visit with examination and consultation ($75, a very reasonable charge) plus a surgical biopsy (tissue removal for microscopic examination) for $112.I had no control over the pathologist's charge.Procedures such as biopsy are discussed with patients beforehand and they are informed that a pathologist will bill for their services separately. Perhaps this person would have felt differently if the biopsy showed a malignancy and that early detection had saved their life. In any event, doctors are being admonished in meetings to take biopsies on all suspicious skin lesions because it's good medicine and there is an enormous increase in aggressive, often fatal, skin cancers such as melanoma, particularly in Southern California. Wouldn't you want your doctor to biopsy some skin lesion that could be malignant?
