This little gem knows what "Customer Service" means! I stopped here to get an estimate for a framing project. I arrived @ 7:10pm - just as the manager (Mark) was closing the store. (He was actually juggling several items and locking the door to leave!) He cheerfully greeted me and invited me in. I told him I was not ready to frame anything and only wanted an estimate. I apologized for coming late and said I would return the next day. He smiled and insisted I come in, stating he had "all evening to assist me." I couldn't believe it! Mark gave me a quote - not an estimate. I didn't place an order that night as I wanted to get 2 more estimates. It didn't matter to him - he encouraged me to proceed in a manner that was most comfortable to me, and assured me he'd be happy to help me if I returned. Well the FrameWork's quote came in lower than the other 2!
