Most of the great reviews for Frazer are pre-2015. The new management of the childcare programs is running this great school into the ground. The teachers are stressed and unhappy, the parents don't feel listened to, and the morale there is so low that turnover is very high. The new management has created a stressed environment. If you have other options, consider sending your child elsewhere until new management. Put two stars rather than 1 here because the teachers do try!

Our son has attended Frazer Center since he was 3 months old, and he's now about to turn 2. We love the teachers, the administration, the care he gets, and the comforting feeling of knowing everyone there by name. Our son has thrived there. They provide healthy snacks and meals, loving care, and developmentally appropriate toys and activities. One of my favorite things about Frazer is that they religiously get the kids outside in the fresh air at least twice a day - a favorite of all babies and small children! In addition to the outstanding care they provide, their philosophy of serving children in an inclusion environment is one that is a joy to be a part of. Including children with and without disabilities together in a nurturing environment like Frazer provides for a special environment for everyone, and unique learning opportunities for the children. We love being part of the community of the Frazer center, and consider them our second family.

The Frazer Center is like a "home away from home" for our son who is 18 months old. He has been in attendance since he was 4 months old and the warmth and care provided to him is outstanding. We looked at dozens of other daycare's but found The Frazer Center to be more of what we call a baby learning center or "baby school". We feel personally connected to the staff, the adults in the adult program and are incredibly grateful that our son is surrounded by acceptance, learning and love while we are at work.

Our children have been at the Frazer Center for 5 years and we are particularly happy with the educational philosophy and focus on a creative curriculum as well as safe, quality care.

We have been at The Frazer Center for over two years and love all aspects. It is a great environment for children of all ages to grow and learn. The staff, the service and the flexibility are all amazing.

My children have been at the Frazer Center for the past two years. After experiencing multiple other childcare centers, we were so happy to finally get off of the waiting list. The teachers have been great and my sometimes shy 3yo has really be able to thrive in the loving environment that they create. We love that it is an inclusive center and that our children can learn the value of that kind of diversity so early in their lives.
The Frazer Center has been such a blessing for our family. The staff and teachers are excellent. Our daughter has a genetic disorder, and I trust them to watch after her and give her the very best in services and care. She loves it, too!
The Frazer Center is an amazing place where the whole family feels it is part of something special! From administrators to teachers, everyone knows you and your child and really cares abour your family and its individual wants and needs. We feel so lucky to have our daughter learning at such a positive and friendly place every day, where we know she is in the best hands. She has learned so much in the time she has attended it's absolutely amazing! Teachers are always responsive and available when we have concerns and the overall communication to parents about the school, events and community is top notch. We are very very picky and truly could not be happier about the environment, the staff, the education and all the other wonderful things the Frazer Center provides our little one. Best of all, our little girl loves it and we can tell her teachers and friends love her too. We find great comfort in knowing she is in the best educational and loving environment all day when we can't be with her ourselves. Thank you Frazer Center!

Seeing our child progress through Frazer's program has been incredible. From the infant classroom through the older toddler program, our child has had consistency in quality care - and benefitted from an inclusive, nurturing environment - with a stringent focus on age-appropriate milestones. In comparing my 'Frazer' stories to any of my friends in other in-town child care centers, I am always impressed and proud to say I'm part of the Frazer family!

Our children have been attending Frazer Center for 7+ years. We came for the NAYCE accreditation and positive reputation, but have stayed because of the magnetic environment that has supported our family at all stages of childhood. They are honestly the best parent-extensions I could hope for my children. The Directors and Teachers truly care for their pupils and develop a curriculum designed to challenge and engage the children at every age. We walk the halls to greetings tailored to my child from all. If I have to be away from my kids, I am confident and delighted they are in the loving and capable arms and minds at The Frazer Center.

This is a typical suburban housewife, clickish parents atmosphere. The good news is that all of the pre-K students know how to write their names, numbers, letters, and they seem bright and well-adjusted. While the teachers were there, I guess they did teach. The bad news is that our teachers were absent more than they were present. Lots of substitutes and no continuity in the pre-K class. And the lead teacher quit right in the middle of the school year. I'm not talking about at the Christmas break. I'm talking in November - 3 months into the school year. Maybe one of the kids knocking her over and causing her to bust her lip had something to do with it. The other pre-K teacher was always out sick - I mean for days and weeks at a time. It was a complete mess. The school serves students with disabilities AND those with normal abilities. The classrooms otherwise lack diversity. Every time you turn around, they ask you for money - donate items for the classroom, purchase books for the class wish list, donate money for "needy" kids to take a book home, purchase books at the book fair, buy school t-shirts, pay for a parent's night out, buy tickets to the fall festival, donate canned goods. Pre-K is not really free. The school is located in nice, calm, serene surroundings with lots of greenery. I would give the school a higher ranking, but our pre-K class did not meet expectations.

We have had a long relationship with the Frazer Center, and I was once at another center that we had a bad experience with that I can compare it to. What I love most about this place is the loving, warm, caring feeling you get from the teachers and staff. When another school was finding ways to kick my child out because of a disability, the Frazer Center opened their arms and hearts and treated my son like he was the the sweetest, most important thing in their lives. He went from miserable to joyfull overnight and necer looked back. They truly undertand that every child is different and offer a warm place where kids learn acceptance, understanding, and self- confidence. My second child who is more typical has thrived and is greeted every day, by name, by every teacher and staff member in the place. The Director and other staff know all of the kids-- and take time to get to know the families. I have nothing but love and respect for this place- and I am sad to leave it. I have reccomended it highly to all of my friends time and time again. If you want to know your child is loved and taken care of when you are not around, this is the place for you.

Both of my children were at The Frazer Center starting at 12 weeks of age through Pre-K. I can't say enough good things about our experience. My children were always taken care of by loving teachers and were taught so many things that helped prepare them for Kindergarten.

My two children attended the Frazer center from 12 weeks through Pre-K. The overall experience was great. At the end of year graduation from Pre-K, my daughet could count to 30 in Spainsh, Chinese and French (in English over 100). The teachers and staff are amazing. The opportunities to be involved in the program are endless if you are interested. I would and do highly recommend this center to all my friends and even strangers.
