I recently had to buy a new set of locks for a house i own. After buying the handles we decided to go with dual-keyed deadbolts. The Buford home depot keyed all our handles alike free of charge but when i went to another H.D. they wanted to charge me $5 per 'barrel' or $10 per lock! since i was spending $90 on the locks i spoke with the manager about the charge and told them i'd have to 'think about it'. I returned to the Buford store and they assured me it was their policy to 'key for free' when i bought locks. I shop there often and have found the are well staffed and helpful. good deal for a DIY guy who sometimes needs some guidance :D

Recently bought a house and needed to clean the carpet's at my old apartment. Found a carpet cleaner in the tool rental center. I must say it worked great and the man who helped me with it was very helpful .

Home Depot usually has what we need. The price is usually good. However the staff is not well educated about their products. Always a lot of staff walking around saying can I help you but then they really never seem to be able to give any real help.

This Home Depot usually has what I am looking for and the prices are reasonable. The people who work there don't seem to know a door from an flower though so don't go there if you have a question or need help.

It's hard to believe that this store can not anticipate that weekends are going to be busy. Seemingly never enough assistance, but last weekend reached a new level. I had to wait over 30 minutes after checkout for someone to come out and unlock the propane case. Seems the only person in the entire store who could assist was at lunch. Myself and several other frustrated customers had to wait, and wait and wait. Staffing during the week is adequate and usually quite helpful.
