If you are looking to find a place you will never forget and never revisit the oyster house is the place. Over priced food, staff that give you the feeling like they could care less, no itemized check that also had mistakes,I had to add for them. Their comment we were only off by a little. They forgot to bring a salad and the sauce for the fried lobster appetizer which was supposed to be hollandaise sauce which was more like orange colored slime. We also ordered raw oysters, they were fine but when we ran out of crackers, we asked the waiter for more and he brought them to us unwrapped in his bare hands and just threw them at our plate. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant altogether!

If you're looking for a place that you receive great service without having to constantly flag your waitress down, then The Oyster House is NOT the place for you. However, if you are looking for a restaurant that has great seafood, it is definitely the place for you.

"Highlights" of my dining experience last night... -Dozen small oysters were $12.95. When we complained about them, the waiter responded "I just work here" -No silverware/napkins on the table... I had to get ours from an adjacent table. -$27.95 for the Steak Tips, Shrimp and Scallops special. Consisted of about 6 medium scallops, 6 medium shrimp and about 1/2 lb of overcooked beef tips. Paid about twice what I believe I should have. -Malibu and Coke: 8.95 -My wife observed the woman behind the counter (at the grill station) picking her nose! The manager rudely replied that she wasn't cooking and this was a natural act (manager is the woman's mother). Needless to say, I will never be back to this restaurant!

by the end of our meal we were actually laughing at how horrible the service was at this restaurant. there were not enough menus for our table, there was not enough clean silverware, we had to wait for incredibly long periods of time for every request from drinks to food to finally the bill. it's a shame because it is a cute tiny little place and the food was pretty good but the service was horrendous.
