We almost gave up on TPC without even meeting with them because we had two no-shows for their scheduled appointment for an exterior house paint estimate. We decided to give them a chance anyway because of all the good reviews. The office was extremely apologetic (apparently their auto-email scheduling had a glitch) and we finally met with one of their sales reps. Comparing with three other companies, checking references and reviews on several social media sites, we decided to use TPC for our project. The crew, led by Manuel, was very professional and they showed up on time each morning. They were the nicest guys. Prep went a lot faster than we expected (we hope it's because our house was in good shape??) and most of our siding was already painted by the end of Day 2. Trim and shutters followed on days 3 and 4. There were a few minor snafus, some cosmetic paint fixes needed, and we had glass breakage, which TPC remedied. It took over a week to resolve the remaining punch list items. We had some more touch up issues a few months after the job but TPC came out right away and fixed them. Communication from the project leader could have been better. We received one text at the start of the job, physically saw him only once during the entire process, and got one call from him when it was time to pay the balance of our invoice. We just didn't feel the love like some of the other customers and reviewers did until it was time to pay money.

We are so sorry you had some many issues, but we are very happy to hear that we got the job done right. We appreciate your business.
We have used this company for many times and referral this company to many friends. My friends and I are very satisfied with the quality of job they have been done. They are reliable and do great jobs. They also give color selection suggestions with the current style which helps sellers to sell home quicker on market.

Once again it was a pleasure working with you and I'm glad we were able to help with getting your home ready for being put on the market.
ALL IS WELL UPDATED I have sent daily emails regarding our frustrations and nothing has been done to fix it. Below are majority of the issues we are still facing on a project that we were told was complete. The Foreman texted today stating that he would be out here at 4 to do a walkthrough with his guys. I surely hope he did not check off everything as ok. Again, please send someone new tomorrow. New foreman, new workers. THIS POST IS NO LONGER VALID

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right and we appreciate your business.
I am very pleased with the repairs and outside painting to my home. The crew was on time, courteous and made sure I was happy before they left. I even had someone help me chose colors for the house. Everyone from the person who gave the quote, the office staff and follow up folks were great to deal with. I highly recommend

I am so excited about finding this company! Last summer, I got 3 quotes from other companies to paint the exterior of my town home. They ranged from $2,500 - $4,300. A neighbor recommended I call The Painting Company. Thought well why not get one more? I was astounded when they came in about $1,000 less than the other 3. From my first meeting with Paul who came and gave me the quote, to the phone calls to their office staff and the actual painters, they all were outstanding to deal with and believe in customer service. The painters finished the house one evening as it was getting dark. I looked at the job and everything looked okay. After a few days I noticed a few, tiny things that were missed or needed to be touched up. I called the office and they were happy to send them back out to do the touch ups. I can't say enough good things about this company. I plan on getting them to paint my entire interior at some point this year and am recommending them to everyone I know! And my house looks awesome!

I had written a review a while back for interior work I had done and now I need to update it. I was truly impressed with them and did not call anyone else when I needed my porch and deck re-stained. They gave a fair price and actually did mostly good work. There was some touch up areas and the porch railing is less than stellar. I made 2 attempts to get them back to touch up and gave up and started doing it myself. As I started some of the touch ups I can see the issues with the porch railing are more than I thought. I suspect this railing will not hold up as well as the previous paint did. I suspect some better prep work may have avoided this. Also I have masking tape under my deck I need to find time and crawl under there and remove. These guys used to be my only call, not any more.
Re-stained my rear deck and then my wrap around porch.

We hired them to paint the interior of a house we recently purchased. If I had to describe the quality of their work in one word: superb. The painters arrived -- and completed the three-day job -- on time. And the job was flawless. The cost was very competitive and everything from the initial quote to cleanup was handled in a prompt and professional manner. Danny, the job foreman, deserves a special mention because he changed a burned out bulb for us on the beam of our living room's vaulted ceiling that we couldn't possibly have gotten to ourselves. We would recommend The Painting Company to anyone looking for first-rate quality at a fair price and plan to use them again when it's time to paint the exterior of our home.

Paul and Marcus were great. He constantly worked with us when we had questions and gave us great discounts. They worked with our moving deadline to get the job done ahead of schedule. The cleanup after was good. I had a mix up on my exterior paint and they worked with me to get the right color. I love the paint colors and would recommend to others. I didn't have a chance to get estimates for price comparison but they seemed to be ok.

I hired The Painting Company after firing the previous one half way through for poor quality and flat out doing it incorrectly. Now educated, I was surprised to see of all the companies that this one was only 1 of 2 that knew how to do it correctly and the only one that was responsive. They replaced extensive rotting wood, re-glazed windows and painted the entire exterior. The job ended up being bigger than expected (more wood and window damage than thought) but they took the extra time to get it right and honored the price and job. I will use them again.

We had a limited time to paint following the former owner move out and our subsequent move in. They worked to our schedule and painted the entire home with several designer paint colors. Wonderful crews and ultimately a fine product.

Description Of Work: Fix rotting wood; replaced soffits - hung doors; painted exterior trim and windows; replaced gutters. Danny and his crew were excellent. They protected plants, cleaned up and were on time every day. They went beyond what they had to do, and were interested in giving 110%.
