A few coworkers told me about this place when I got a puppy this summer. He goes once a month and they always have done a wonderful job. You can't beat the clean up job they do for only $25! I highly recommend them!

This place is fantastic for dog grooming. I went there with my 2 mini schnauzers and the groomer did an amazing job. This was my first time there and I was so shocked how well the groomed my dogs and my dogs loved it. Most groomers are not good with grooming schnauzer the way the breed is done, but I was blown away on such an amazing job they did. I cannot wait to take my dogs back there. The place is clean and the groomer listened to all my needs and directions and the entire staff was amazing. If you need a place to take your schnauzers or any pet this is the best place in Atlanta.

Took my schnauzer to The Pet Set today. He came home smelling like throw up. Called them...they said he was sick in his cage after his bath & cleaned the cage but not him. Said "maybe he had throw up in his beard & on his paws". Told "maybe he drank the bath water". I gave him a bath at home & he was bleeding from a nail cut too short. Called again & they said they were sorry. I understand these things happen but I should have been told & why didn't they bathe him after he sat in a crate with his own vomit? My boy is going back to Dog-a-Roo on Northside Dr.

We are sorry to hear about this! I followed up with the groomer. He cleaned up the vomit in the kennel. He assured me under no circumstances would he allow the pet to just sit in its own vomit. It was a very small amount, at the other end of the kennel from what he said. He did not see any on the pet, he did note it on the cage card for the information to be passed along to the client at checkout that their pet had an upset stomach. For whatever reason this was overlooked at checkout by the front staff. We are refreshing our staffs training to make sure they read the cage card of the pet at pick up in case there is any information the groomer is passing along to the client. I feel the staff was only answering possible reasons the pet had thrown up. It would of been better if they had just taken your number and had the groomer call you directly. Again, staff training on these type of situations is planned for our next staff meeting. We do guarantee all our services and we would of been more than happy to rebathe the pet. These things, along with many others do happen in the grooming business and we try our best to handle them and resolve them, and usually there is a satisified outcome. We are sorry we didnt meet your expetations of our new business and we will learn from this experience for the future. We wish you all the best in your pet care needs.
