I bring my kids in to the one in Chandler a few times a month and they absolutely LOVE it! I'm very impressed with how clean they keep the facility at all times! My kids just adore the girls who work there because of how much they interact with the kids. The only problem I have is that I call just about every week to reserve a spot for parents night out, and I can never get a straight YES or NO. They never seem to know if they will be doing it and it is very frustrating. I just recently moved here and still do not know many people, therefore, I do not have a babysitter. My kids would just love to have the place to themselves while mommy goes out. Why advertise if you're not going to do it?

Not a lot there. Like 5 things to do. Kids played as hard as they could but for the Unlimited Play Pass we bought, we won't do it again after this is gone. The staff was unattentive, accept to their facebook, inexperienced, and BAD at customer service. The bathrooms were dirty, one VERY, they stacked up the chairs 30 minutes before they even closed so I as a parent had no place to sit. The lights on the snack area were shut down 45 minutes before they closed so we couldn't even use that very well even though we had drinks that we couldn't take anywhere else BUT there. I will find another place to take my kids the next time. Plus their sign says they close at 6, not 5, so when I asked the girls why they were shutting things down, were they closing? And all I got was a blank 'Yes'. 'Uh, why? You're sign says you are open til 6." They point to a paper on the door that apparently says they close at 5. "Okay", but do you really think that you need to try and get us to leave even BEFORE you are at your closing time? RUDE. In the end we did leave early, one of the 2 girls there, none were watching anything, not up front, not the kids, and parents had to 'get' their attention. Even when we left, I was within 3 feet of one of the staff and she ignored us. Very disappointed.

This great place that used to be in Anthem is now in a HUGE location in Chandler! My kids loved it when they were little and still love it at ages 10 & 7! Only $9 for an all-day pass. The cafe has lots of offerings and there is a quiet parents room with free wi-fi and televisions.

Kids like it,good for preschool and up. I felt the price was not worth it.$9 bucks per kids, even walking babies is too much to pay, and right now how we are all tight on money,we're looking for ways to have fun with our kids for a decent price. I would only recommend this place is you don't mind blowing your money. Families who have more than one child would end up paying alot. If they lowered their price to $6 per kid and under 2years old free, I would go every week.
