To all mothers who have an infant that has been diagnosed with colic, A crainiosacral consult with Shalan Hill is in order! My newborn was diagnosed at about 3 weeks old when he was colic. He cried for hours inconsolably from pain and to a mother it was excruciating to hear and watch! After trying everything from OTC meds to herbal meds nothing worked and I was told by the pediatrician that nobody really knows the cause of colic and that it should wait it out for a few months!!! Out of options and being totally determined to help my baby I called Shalan. She was so understanding and calm which is exactly what I needed during such a stressful period in my life. She worked with us over a few consults and his symptoms started dissipating almost instantaneously. My baby is much calmer now and totally pain free and is great at breastfeeding. In my opinion, craniosacral therapy is a must for babies with colic or who have a poor latch and or have endured a traumatic birth. We as a community are blessed to have Shalan Hill and The Posture Project. She was gentle and calm with my baby and watching her work was one is the most amazing things I have ever witnessed!!! Thank you Shalan!

I recommend this place to everyone I know. I came to my first yoga class looking for some relaxation and got far more than that in the bargain. My regular yoga practice has given me healing from PTSD and debilitating anxiety. I have increased confidence and a much healthier connection with my body. I had tried a few other studios and some yoga videos on my own, but once I took one class at the Posture Project, I knew it was a pefect fit for me. The teachers here are truly gifted.

I was new to yoga when I first started at The Posture Project but their classes are taught by such great teachers, it's impossible to feel out of place. Great small classes - especially love their Beginner yoga class! It's a fantastic way to shape up (I've lost 28 pounds in a year and kept it off!) and relax as well. I don't know which I like better the toning and stretching or the breathwork and relaxation I achieve.

We love you being a part of our community! Your transformation is inspiring to many!
I had tried yoga classes at my regular gym with terrible results: different instructors, huge classes, couldn't keep up. Someone suggested "Gentle Yoga" classes at the Posture Project and they are perfect! Small classes with friendly, knowledgeable teachers that help each person achieve best possible results (even inexperienced students). Also, they're reasonably priced. I highly recommend. C.Callas

Thank you so much, C.C.! We love it every time you bring your light through our doors! Thanks for adding your essence to our beautiful community!
I was given a Gift certificate in late December which expires on 6/30/13 for services including a massage. Personal issues prevented my using the certificate earlier, but that should not matter. I called on 6/26/13 to schedule the massage and spoke with Annie (one of the owners). She said they were booked through 6/30 and I could not use the certificate. When I protested, she said they had priced this certificate too low offering me $30 towards the ($100) massage I was due, citing Groupon's policy (this was not a Groupon and no such policy was indicated). I have never had a certificate rejected as long as the appointment was established before the expiration date. I associate Yoga with spiritual enlightenment and it is disheartening to experience such unethical business tactics.

I went to Posture Project to help with stress. The class helps to release your stress level and to tone your body. You will love how you feel when you come out!!

We appreciate your words and welcome you anytime!
I was really happy to happen upon this place when I first moved here. I had been wanting to try yoga, but have been too timid about giving it a shot. As soon as my doctor began to really push it, I decided to finally try it. When I first walked into Breathe, I knew it would be a positive experience. Everyone was so friendly and encouraging and it was incredibly easy to follow. Every class is different and fun. Since the classes are gentle, more experienced students might want more of a challenge. I have noticed a huge change in myself mentally and physically since starting yoga. Thanks Breathe!

We appreciate you and so enjoy what we do! Thank you very much for sharing your experience! You're welcome!
I was totally impressed with the quality of yoga instruction at Breathe. I have been to many studios who lack clear instruction and find it refreshing to be able to BREATHE! Thank you Breathe! You're doing a great job!

With gratitude! We are following our hearts and our hearts are filled with joy at getting to do what we love!
This seems like a reputable studio, but none of the instructors are certified to teach yoga and there is only one basic level of yoga offered. I will not return to this studio.

We place great importance in the experience that a teacher can create. All of our teachers are natural instructors that have great passion for the art of yoga and for helping others achieve health and wellness. We have great knowledge of the anatomy of the body and incredible intuition. Yoga has been passed down from teacher to student who then becomes a teacher for 5000 years. We are continuing that tradition.
Great service, friendly people. Thanks for now being pain free!
