In my personal experience with these people, I brought my dog in to be groomed with NO INJURIES OR CUTS. When I picked him up HIS CHEST WAS CUT. They did not even admit this to me-when I picked him up they told me his chest was very red, but it's probably allergies. it was not until I got home that I saw that Danny Valentin had shaved my dog's chest down to the skin, and then there was about an inch of dried blood where he was cut. The cut became infected so I took him to the vet and received a bill for $168. I told Bobby the owner about it, he completely denied any knowledge of the cut and refused to reimburse me for the bill. There is a lot more to this story as they are a bunch of liars and I have documentation. But basically for $100 ($81 plus tip), you can find better, more honest groomers-this is based on MY EXPERIENCE AND MY OPINION. I also have back-up documentation and vet notations if anyone ever questions this.
