DO NOT waste your time with any attempt to have a relationship with this spa. The owner, Ann, has moved the spa so many times and her customer service is horrible. And, especially do NOT buy a package from her because if you do and when she moves, you will NEVER get your money refunded (if you are able to track her down). She promised a refund October 2010 and it is July 2011 and no refund. She told me that she didn't have the cash to refund $185 of a package...scary. This is the worst run business I have ever encountered - frustrating and upsetting. I wonder how can she keep fresh and healthy products if she has no money.
