This franchise location is the absolute worst experience I have EVER had with any business! The staff have no administrative privilages and it is evident, and confirmed by the staff, that they have had ZERO TRAINING on their main operating system! They also said they can not do more than enter in tan times. Also, they can't get a hold of their manager/ owner of the business, Jared. I myself have called Jared's cell phone 5 times and have gotten no response after leaving calm, respectful, but rightfully upset messages. Originally, my concern was raised because they mentioned that Jared was switching the billing companies so no one had been billed for December 2007 but would be billed twice in January 2008. I said this is unacceptable because the contract I signed was to be debited once per month on a specific date for a certain amount of money for the package I had. So I started looking through my bank statements and realized that they hadn't billed me at all since OCTOBER! I quickly went to the store and had them cancel my account because if they think that its ok to double bill if they missed a month, they are mistaken. I didn't want to take that chance. The employees have received no training. The owner is absent, unreachable, irresponsible, and unprofessional. The facilities are clean (I was given a dirty bed once, had to clean it myself), the beds are of good quality, however, it was the WORST "customer service" experience I have ever had! STAY AWAY!

I was a memeber of the Tan Company for a few months and when I went to cancel I was told by the assistant manager that my account was already closed. I didn't remember closing it, but it had been a while since I'd been in there. I wasn't billed the month after that, but the following month I was. When I called they said my account was not closed. I completely feel like they lied to me to keep my account open. I also had a billing issue where they charged a late fee because my card was declined. When I called my credit card company they said that my card number was entered three times without the expiration date and thats why it didn't go through. I let the tan company know and they said they would issue a refund and I finally got that refund 7 months later. I don't usually complain about a business, this is my first review on Kudzu and my first time complaining to the BBB. They are so unprofessional and I feel like its a scam.
