Hypnosis is one tool I use for helping with change. Perhaps you have tried to break a habit but keep falling back into it and wonder why. Understanding that there are different parts of you, even a part that wants to change and a part that wants the status quo can affect your outcome. Both viewpoints make sense at some level. Knowing how to work with our different parts to resolve conflict could be a secret for your success. Will power and discipline both have a role, but in the.. long run; will power is not enough to create lasting change. Happily, the story doesnt end there

Guided imagery, visualization, meditation and imagination can fuel new thoughts and feelings providing creativity, strength and purpose to your vision. This is using the power of your mind to work with your goal rather than against it. Is there something you would like to change or explore? Here is one of my favorite presuppositions from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). If what youre doing isnt working, do something else. Do anything else. Youll only get the same results if you do what youve always done.
