This was just a really unfortunate trip. All I needed was 13 PDFs printed in black and white. First of all, it took 25 min to print these items after waiting 10 to be served. This print job, with high end printers, like the ones they had, should have taken 5 min tops. Also, the man serving me didn't print all 13, two were missing. One he said he couldn't print (which I printed on my laser jet with no problem when I got home) and the other mysteriously disappeared. The prints were out of order and not stapled. It was a mess. I had to sort through it all when I got home- save yourself the trouble and drive into Bellevue to go to Kinkos.

Last Friday April 8, I went there to make 8 copies of a booklet. On Monday I realized there were over 20 pages missing. I went back and, very politely, pointed that out to the same guy, he made the copies and there was not charge. I though it was strange the guy never acknowledged his mistake or said sorry. On Wednesday I realized again there were pages missing, this time only 4 pages. I went back to the store and politely I pointed that out to the same guy, he quietly made the copies and wanted to charge me for them, I explained I already paid for them, he also told another customer representative in the store that I wasn't telling the truth. The second guy told me to take the copies but that they would not do that for me again. Then the first guy told me: "take the copies and leave now". Before I left I told the guys I was never coming back to that store and that I was going to report the incident to the manager, then the first guy said sarcastically: "he is the owner", referring to the second guy. I left very disturbed by the horrible way I was treated. Not only, the first guy never acknowledged his mistakes or said sorry about the inconvenience but he tried to charge me twice for a service, on top of that he and the other guy pretty much called me a liar and the first guy very rudely ask me to leave the store. I also felt discrimination played a role in this incident. The booklet had Jewish content and the two guys look and sound like from the Middle East. Coincidence?
