Very disappointed with service. Dropped off the gun 3 weeks before Christmas to have a new stock put on. I was told it could be done and would be done second week of January. Never heard a word from them. Called second week of January and they had not even started on it. Called the next week no one ever answered the phone for a week. Stopped by and place was closed during working hours. Called again the next week and told everyone was sick for the week and that is why no one answered the phone the week before. I was told it would be done within two weeks. Called again the next week to see how much was done. This time I was told it would have to be sent out to someone else to do with a 2-4 week turn around. Went to pick up the gun (nothing had been touched) and told they are keeping the deposit since they looked at. Very poor service and attitude with customers at this place.....buyer beware!

Told six weeks to blue my gun. Ten months later. Nothing. They Kept $50 of my $160 up front payment. No apologies, for Lying four times about a delivery date. Zero communication. Quality of service? None. Communication? Zero Go back there? When Hell freezes over.

I took my shotgun in for gunsmith work, and was initially told 8 to 10 weeks to get it back. This came without so much as a diagnosis, they simply took it in and said here is your wait time. 12 weeks rolled by and still nothing had happened. I finally got tired of waiting around and had to go collect my gun and they tried to charge me... for nothing! No work, no diagnosis, nothing. I hear they provide good service, but I didn't feel like waiting around for another 12 weeks to find out if that is the case or not.
