Ask recent graduates (Pre-K through 12) about this school. It's a pressure cooker even for the most brilliant of its students. It is living on a legacy created decades earlier, and not living up to the standard now. The Administration is horrible and the teachers are just fair. There are some good things about it, but don't expect much in terms of Christian influence. Diversity seems to be the #1 goal. If you decide to send your kid (however smart) here, don't be surprised how beat down they are when they graduate. This school sucks the life right out of them. The teachers are the haughtiest you can imagine. For $22K+ a year in tuition (that's before they hit you up for contributions and before you pay for all the sports/activities), you can do better for your child.

This is my daughter's second year at Westminster, in junior high. It is superior to my highest expectations - she is unbelievably happy, excited about learning, and regularly challenged, while supported by caring teachers and administration. Small class sizes, beautiful campus and infrastructure. Everything I have ever heard about it and more is true.

My son is a recent graduate of the Westminster Schools. He attended for seven years and was challenged and encouraged through the entire experience. He has had a spectacular first year in college and it is directly attributable to his foundation from Westminster.
