Debi has the most perfect yarn store in the area. If you've ever walked into a yarn store and felt unwelcomed, run--don't walk--to TWNY! I've never felt my questions were stupid; every member of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly; selection is terrific. I've taken multiple classes there and have loved them all except one. This is a great shop.

TWNY is a gem of a knitting shop. Debi, the owner, is friendly, helpful, and infinitely patient, as are all on her staff. The yarn is a bit pricey, but as the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for". The inexpensive nylon and acrylic yarns carried by big box stores simply don't compare to the gorgeous wools, alpacas, and the like stocked by TWNY. Stop by for a class or just to browse. You won't be disappointed!

This is an amazing store. Great selection of products. Pricing is acceptable given their friendly and helpful staff who are well-educated in fiber arts (spinning, crocheting, knitting). They are friendly, understanding and accepting of a mother shopping with a toddler in tow! Like most fiber-arts stores, they seem more knit-friendly than crochet-friendly but when I mentioned that I was doing more crocheting than knitting, I did not get "that look". In fact, I received helped finding a very nice crochet book with inspirational patterns for work in progress. I cannot wait to get some time to myself and take a class at their shop.
