I went to Thomas Eye Group two years ago for my annual eye exam and contact replacement. I had to wait an hour despite having an appointment. The contacts I received were so far off my prescription they made me dizzy as well as giving me blurry vision. When I returned the contacts, I was told I had to pay them $20 for a "follow-up visit." I told the receptionist I was not there for a "follow up visit" but for them to correct their mistake. She was extremely rude and insisted I had been told a follow-up visit was necessary and would be an additional charge. She basically called me a liar to my face. I had to pay the $20 to get any usable contacts at all, so I paid it. Several weeks later I got a check back from them for the $20 as I knew I was not supposed to pay it in the first place. The second pair of contacts was the right prescription, but I will never go to Thomas again even though it's the nearest eye doctor to my home.
