Bought a new F-150 from Rick Cobb. Best car buying experience I have ever had. We have taken the truck back on several occassions for scheduled maintenance with the service department and the service has always been outstanding.

I had a 90,000 mile service done on my truck. I told the service people specifically not to change my oil. I do that myself and had very recently done so. They did not knock down the price to reflect this, but I felt like it would be a waste of oil to have it changed again so soon. My mistake was (going there) not checking up on their 'service' before I left (should I have to? what the point of hiring someone...?). My truck runs pretty loud normally, but it seemed to get progressively louder. When I finally checked I found, to my horror They had drained the oil and not replaced it! Thank goodness I've been running high grade synthetic. Thank goodness I noticed before the engine blew or anything terrible happened. When I went back to complain they told me that I had done it myself. Needless to say, they did not 'fix' it, did not refund any money, did not do anything but deny culpability. They have lost a customer for life in me and I hope you heed my warning and avoid Tidwell's like the plague.
