Dee and her team are wonderful! Yes - I did the Half-off Depot coupon last year and was disappointed that I had to book cleaning service 2 months in advance - but only because the company was so slammed with discount cleaning appointments. But now I am a regular, full-price customer and am very happy with Dee and her team. I trust that they will do a great job - even if I am not there. Oh, and the regular price is fantastic - very good value for your money!

Myra did a great job cleaning my home. I will definately use again. I was especially impressed in the owner who made up for a bad experience by giving me a free cleaning. Very impressed also with the price and the quality of work. Will definately use again!!!!

After a horrible experience with another TIPPR deal, I was worried about this one, but I spoke to the owner(Dee)myself prior to the service, and she assured me I would be happy...and I am! I have 3 pets and the hair is out of control. Dee did a great job vacuuming and dusting, and even made sure to get the baseboards. For a first time cleaning, I am so pleased! Also, Dee is very professional. I am sure that if I show her anything that may have been missed she will take care of it next time. I'm going to be setting up monthly service!

When I saw this company pop up on Half Off Depot today, I felt like it was time for me to write this review. I totally agree with the other reviewers (on Yelp) that purchased the Groupon and received a crappy cleaning job. I got cancelled on for the first scheduled appointment. The second time around, the cleaning person showed up and when she walked into my house she said, "so, what do you want me to do?" All I could bring myself to say was, "Uhhhhh, clean my house??" I thought the job was pretty self-explanatory. So, I guess she sort of cleaned my house. It was spotty. Sorta clean here, sorta left dirty there. Total waste of time/money. I complained to the owner, who did seem apologetic and offered to clean my house herself. Which, I did allow and wish I hadn't. She was very nice but also did a spotty job of cleaning. It's not good if the owner does it herself but it's still not done right. Ugh. Bottom line, don't waste your time. This company seems to get a thrill from scamming people on Groupon and Half Off Depot. Check out the cleaning company called "Welcome Home Maids". They are soooo much better and also run specials several times a year for people looking to snag a deal.

My cleaner arrived a bit later than expected and seemed to be having a "bad day". She'd only been with the company for a month, and that may be why things weren't done as well as I would have liked. Her work was average. She cleaned the kitchen last and, after she'd left and I went in I noticed shoe prints on the floor where she'd walked while the floor was wet and then I noticed that she didn't clean the sink at all...so I did. I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt...she was young and hadn't been doing this very long at all. But I had hoped for a better cleaning.

I can't say enough how much I love knowing that Time Used Wisely is coming to clean my house every other week. Dee has not only made my house twinkle for the first time in a LONG time, but she also helped me tackle a home reorginization project with her brilliant ideas for my space. She does a wonderful job cleaning and she does it with all-natural/eco products, which I am a big believer in! Dee is a kind and supportive person with a strong work ethic and I can honestly say that I am so happy that Time Used Wisely has become a part of my life!

I got a good deal on cleaning my 3 room apartment at very short notice. They did an amazing job, and saved me a certain penalty in losing my Security deposit. By spending as little as $80 (on a special offer), I saved $1400. I'd recommend them to absolutely anyone.

We were thrilled to come home to the results Time Used Wisely's hard work. We couldn't stop talking about the results, and we wanted to make sure you knew how much we appreciated it. All the dusting---all the floor cleaning---the lampshades, the microwave, the picture frames, the bathroom, the rugs, the furntiure, the kitchen, we could go on and on... We were surprised that only one person came to clean the house, but Dee did a fantastic job. Thanks again. Highly recommended.

I'm single and very busy, with little to no time left to vacuum! I hired this service to clean my new apartment while I was away at work. I was pleased with the low cost of the service and their use of GREEN cleaning products. There was no "chemical" smell left behind. This cleaning service is TOPS!

I bought a 3-bedroom house cleaning from Time Used Wisely on the discount/deal Web site LivingSocial.com. When I first called, I was told they were booked almost through the end of the year. I was bummed, as I bought the deal so I could use it before I had house guests. Fortunately the owner/manager understood my situation and found a time to squeeze me in before my company arrived. The cleaners were prompt (early, actually), professional and thorough. I was happy with the results, ESPECIALLY since I bought the house cleaning at a discounted rate (there was a little piece of me that thought they may cut corners since I paid less for the cleaning - but they didn't). Thank you!
