Tire Depot forgot to tighten the bolts completely thus causing damage to the control arms. They told me that the control arms didn't need repair for a year. After about a week after having two front tires replaced the control arms were completely destroyed. They refused to pay for the replacement. They fought to give me refund and only did it for the alignment. We gave them the car back to tighten them so I can drive it to a repair place. When I got the car back it was parked illegally with a ticket on the window. They refused to give me the money for the ticket until I came back to talk to the owner the next day. Avoid this place before you become their next victim.

I called these guys at 5:15pm and asked if they could take out the nail in my tire. They told me to come right in. In a few minutes, they had my tire fixed and I was out the door! They didn't even charge me! I know where I will be going from now on for new tires! Thanks guys!!

Great service - in & out in less than 30 minutes with 4 new tires on. They readily stuck to a quote provided me more than 4 weeks earlier - absolutely no haggling. Also checked and inflated spare tire (no charge). Advised me that I didn't need an alignment (would have been extra $$ for them)! Koi pond and caged canaries in customer waiting area. Great service!

As a single female it is great to find a car place where they treat me like an adult. Over the years I have gone to Tire Depot severaL time, mostly with that unexpected flat. They guys have been great. A couple times they haven't even charged me for the fix and when I did need to buy tires (being ona VERY tight budget) they made sure I got tires I could afford that would be safe AND affordable.

I went here on Saturday 7/7/07 to get tires for my car, I called ahead and was quoted 140 for 2 new tires. I got there and 2 people pulled up after me, the guy at the counter helped them first, I walked outside and told him never mind, I'd take my business elsewhere because he helped them 1st when I was there 1st. He then tried to talk me into staying saying that the tires would cost 85.00 eA. sO I told him my quote and he said," I was just guessing" Lets see... Horrible customer service unless you speak Spanish and are an old guy. I took my business to Discount Tire and they gave me excellent service. I was glad to pay them my 600.00 for 4 brand new tires....NEVER EVER GO HERE, trust me pay a little more for a million times better service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

These guys are the best. They are quick and honest. They really take care of their customers and don't jerk you around. Their prices are fair and are quick.

I've never actually been here for a major service. But twice in the three years I've lived in the neighborhood I've needed a plug put in my tire. Both times this shop took me right away and quickly fixed me up. And since it was such a small price, they didn't even charge me! Either time! If I *ever* need tire services done, I'll go to Tire Depot first. It's refreshing to know there are still mechanics out there that won't try to rip off single women.
