especially tires. The service, since they changed management, has been extremely poor, and if you are Caucasian, all I can say is good luck. NEW tires installed, they broke the wheel cover- the tech tried to glue it back together, but I would not have noticed, if I did not have to redo the work myself. The alignment was not done correctly, and after inspecting the vehicle, it was clearly a worn tie-rod- a simple visual inspect revealed that. Later on, had them replace a bearing, after a days wait, they did, but didnt pack it- (so it made a terrible noise) after bringing it back for them to work on it an FIX it- SEVEN hours after the scheduled appointment, they tried to charge me for the same job- the one they did just a week before... Then... after arguing (The manager made her dislike of my race very clear), finally gave in that they already did that then brought a bad rotor to prove that needed to be done. Only thing... completely different rotor type then the brand-new ones I had less then 5k miles on. After that ordeal... that broken lug cover was not even on the vehicle! I know it was that one because the other three were normal- not with the glue they put on to begin with Another car- simple tire rotation. Keep in mind this is TIRES plus. Directional tires with directional slicers- standard rotation essentially put them on backwards. If the same tires are even 200 more somewhere, you are still better off...

I needed a temperature gauge and some hoses - more than $350 worth of work - parts cost less than $100 . . . starting to wonder if I was taken advantage of . . . single ladies who dont know much about cars should get a second opinion before spending money here. I wish I did.
