My daughter was home from college and was planning to leave Sunday afternoon to drive back a couple hours away. When she went out to the car, her front tire was flat. I immediately called the TiresPlus where we bought the tires and Amanda said although they were closed, she would be there for 30 min so I could drop off the tire and they could fix it first thing Monday morning. That would be perfect! So, I hurriedly removed the wheel with the flat tire and took it to the store late Sunday afternoon - even AFTER CLOSING TIME - WOW! Monday morning I called as soon as they opened and asked if they could possibly get it done first thing because my daughter had to drive 2 hours back to college for a class and a job interview. I believe I spoke to Tony. He said yes, and he would have it ready in 30 min. So I drove to the store and sure enough it was done as promised. This is why we regularly go to this TiresPlus. Thank you Amanda and Tony for going above and beyond to help us out.

I was recommended to this shop but wish I was not. I went in for a front end vibration that I was pretty sure was a CV joint failure. They had me sign a work order that I was never given a copy of. I was called about 2 hours later and told I needed over $2000 in repairs, including the CV joints/ Half shafts. I was told the half-shafts would be $381 so I asked them to just replace the shafts for now. When I picked up the car I was given a bill for $485. I asked where the additional $100 came from I was told it was a $30 reduced rate for the Engine Diagnostic. I did not ask for an Engine Diagnostic and was never told I would get one. I am the Service Manager for a very large reputable lawn mower repair shop and we do charge $35 for an estimate fee "If no work is done" and divulge this to the customer both verbally and in writing on the Repair order that we give a copy to the customer when the unit is brought in. Then when we call with an estimate it is the complete estimate including tax. If for some reason the job goes over the estimate we call the customer again for approval. These guys use old school shady repair shop tactics and I will never use them again, Do Not Trust Them !

If you are thinking of getting good service at tires plus, just forget about it. They are cheaters!! I have a friend of mine, who had gone in for an oil change, got recommended for a new battery and she asked them to change it. A year later, her car broke down and she took it to Tires Plus at Hwy 92 and they said she needed a new battery.. so she told them she got a new one put a year ago.. they said no as the battery was teh same original one that of her car, and they showed it to her. She asked them to check the records and they found out, that the tires plus people had not only charged for the new battery and installation but NEVER put in the battery!! They ofcourse got it changd for her, but did they apologize??? no!!! And if your tires are purchased under warranty, they will do ALL THEY CAN not to replace the tires if something happened to it. They told me I had to get my allignment done every 4000 or five thousand miles. I checked with my dealership, where i go in for my car service, and they just laughed at it. People, please do not EVER EVER go to the tires plus at sandy plains. They are not only condescending, but patronizing too.. terrible service, obnoxious people... very very poor service.

I brought my truck in to check a squeaking sound in the left front tire. They recommended new tires, brake pads and rotors (which were needed). When I got it back the squeak was still there and the was a rough feel to driving it. Less than a week later smoke was coming out from behind the tire and I was stranded on the side of the road. When I took it back they wanted to charge me to take it apart to see the full extent of the damage. They should not have tried to charge me for that. I have since taken my business elsewhere.

I took my truck in for an alignment a couple of months ago and they supposedly fixed it. Now, a couple of months later, I am taking it back and having it done again. The manager, I call him Mr. negligent, is charging me again saying that I must have hit something like a pothole. Also, do not expect same day service.

I was pleased with my tire purchase, but getting a routine simple rotation has been a major hassle-------they're always "too busy" if you call (so you don't have to leave the car) so you don't have to wait (or have someone come & get you). They make it difficult to get the free rotation. Last straw was failing to properly inflate a low tire during last rotation. The rt. front low tire was STILL low and STILL in the rt. front AFTER the supposed rotation. I'm done with these guys.........

I took my Audi in after blowing a tire. Don checked all my tires and recommended we replace the other front one as well (which is what Audi recommends). They had to special order them, but they arrived the next day. The guys were quick, efficient and friendly. I'd go back and get tires from them again when needed.

I got my wheels rotated and my brakes changed. My car is now squeeking whenever you turn the wheel and when i push on the brakes. Anywhere but here

I have had two bad experiences with Tires Plus...they first broke my oil pan and second performed repairs without giving me an estimate first. I had to spend more money in the long run, I will never use this company

Good service, but be careful about the recommendations for extra services. They can sometimes be a little pushy. Also, if you drop your car off, expect it to take ALL day just for an oil and lube.

I never have to worry that they are going to take me for every penny I have. They also let me use whatever coupon possible that applies to what I had done to the car. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We left my wife's car there to get an oil change -- they forgot to call us when it was ready like they told us they would. When we finally got around to picking it up, the oil change was free because of their mistake. I appreciate the effort to make things right!

Fast and efficient, however the tires brand name quoted and requested by us was not what was put on the car. Had my guy not had to have at least one immediately, we would have walked away. I asked if that specific brand was available and it was confirmed. We took the phone quote and hurried down. Our mistake.
