Residing in the Valley of the Sun has its extreme challenges! Arizona houses are exposed to some of the most grueling and drastic conditions in the country, such as monsoons, summer heat, etc. At Titan Home Improvements, we can help living in the Phoenix area more pleasurable. In fact we have been valley home owners for over 12 years and understand the special needs of a Southwest home - and.. we take every project on as if it were our own. We'd love to answer your questions and tackle that "honey-do" list.
Titan Home Improvements handles a variety of odd jobs around different homes in the Phoenix and East Valley. Some of the typical home repair and maintenance jobs include but are not limited to: Light Fixtures; Pet Doors; Shelving; Garage Door Openers; Adjust Doors; Carpentry; Drywall Repair; Repair Faucets; Repair and Install Tile; Ceiling Fans; Chair Railing; Crown Molding; Garbage Disposal; Window Treatment; Vanities; Weather Stripping; Recaulking Tubs; Painting; Kitchen/Bathroom Remodels; Landscape Maintenance, and much more!
Travis and his crew gutted and did a complete remodel on our two bedroom, two bath condo. We are beyond thrilled with the final results. Travis was very prompt responding to our request for a meeting and an estimate. He finished this project on time and on budget. We loved that he was on the job every day from the day he began until they were completely finished. They did an expert job on everything from the demolition, the framing, the dry wall, the painting, the flooring and tiling. When Travis called in subcontractors he made sure they were the best and was there to supervise. While many of our friends had horror stories to tell about their experiences with other contractors, working with Travis was the best. We are telling everyone we know what a great job Titan Home Improvements did for us.

This is a repeat of the review I posted on yelp. I had contacted Travis through the Titan Home improvement website to get a quote on various things I wanted to get done around the house. After some very curt email exchanges (should have gotten the clue that He was not serious or interested then), We decided to meet at said time. I moved things around at work so I could meet him in the middle of the day. I show up on time and there is no sign of him. I wait around for 20 minutes and then googled up his number (yeah, he never furnished his phone number in the emails although I had given him mine). He picked up his phone after 3/4 attempts and casually mentioned He was in Best buy and We had to re-schedule. What the H***? He doesn't have the professionalism to show up as promised, nor the decency to call if He cannot, even though I confirmed with him that morning about the appointment. Unless you like to be stood up by someone that doesn't care for your business or any regards for your time, run away......and find someone that actually wants your business !!

i am sorry you are upset and can not understand like i told you on the phone the reason i was at best buy is because my phone was not work this is why i was not able to answer the first you had called because it was down and also the reason i was not able to call you perhaps you should be a little more understanding as i had no way to communicate with you.
We had been let down by the previous contractor working on our house (since November 2012, I'm not kidding you) and were in need of help in getting our kitchen and powder room finally finished ASAP! I found Titan Home Improvements on Kudzu and I'm so glad I did. Travis did an amazing job installing a beautiful tile floor in our powder room. Originally he quoted us for a herringbone tile pattern, but I informed him the night before he started the job that the tile we were going to buy was no longer available and we had to buy a different (but in the end much prettier) tile in a versailles pattern. Some contractors would get irritated at the last minute change, but not Travis! He also reset the toilet and installed a vanity (which was a last minute add on that he was so nice to do and with a smile). In the kitchen, he installed 3 pendants, 1 chandelier, a range hood, a cooktop, 2 wall ovens, 4 A/C registers, 6 outlets, 8 trim kits for our recessed lighting, and a dimmer switch. He ran into a hiccup because the electrician that did the rough in work left us some mysteries to solve, but Travis pulled through and contacted a buddy to troubleshoot the issue and what could have been a nightmare for us was quickly resolved. Travis did everything necessary to make the kitchen and powder room functional and beautiful for us again. He's in my phone contacts forever now and will be calling him promptly whenever I need his services.

We hired Travis to do several things to get a house ready to sell. He and Paul painted the entire house both inside and outside, installed some overhead light fixtures, fixed several plumbing problems, replaced the patio ceiling, and repaired several other miscellaneous items. After seeing his excellent work on that house, we hired him to remodel part of our own home. He installed cabinets in the pantry, installed new doors and baseboards, replaced both indoor and outdoor light fixtures, repaired drywall, and replaced many electrical switches and plug sockets. Travis is honest, prompt and charges a fair price. I'm sure we caused him many headaches due to several changes we made during the remodel, but he never gave any indication of it. My sister has now used him to repair several things at her home.

After meeting with and getting quotes from 4 licensed contractors, we went with Travis. We had a good feeling about him from the start and it turned out he did not disappoint. He showed up exactly when he said he would each day and kept us informed of anything that came up in the remodels. He was neat, respectful and most importantly a detail oriented, skilled craftsman. He completely tore out and remodeled two bathrooms from top to bottom. He was dealing with bathrooms that had been remodeled by the past homeowner so he had to fix bowed walls, bad drywall, move a drain, tear out concrete boards and tile etc. He finished on time and on budget. The bathrooms turned out amazing. As our daughter put it, "they look like out of a magazine". We also had him install a new water heater which went smoothly as well. We plan to use him to install a new irrigation system for our yard in the future, after finding out he does that type of work too. We have found our go to contractor and sincerely hope he never moves or leaves the field because it is truly hard to find a reasonable, high quality, reliable contractor.

Travis and Paul painted the exterior of our home and I have to say we now have the nicest looking house on the block! Travis reviewed the color choices we narrowed down too, gave us his advice on the tints and how it would actually look in the sun, and he was spot on! Very professional team, on time, great value for the price! I also had them wire up my 60gal air compressor in my garage. They kept the install very clean and added an outlet to the outside of the home. Wife and I already have plans to have them back for more projects!!! Thanks again guys!

Travis and Titan Home Improvements have always been there for us. Always reachable, making time for emergency type situations (broken water heater, fried circuit in breaker box, etc). And has been great for our other house projects. Most recently we moved into a new house, and I gave Travis a long list of work to do. Then I added to it every day. He was great - he adapted to whatever was going on, whatever became the priority for me. There were dozens of items - painting, plumbing, wiring, clogs, drywall, etc. Even lots of random items that he hooked up for us, like getting the built-in grill working - he had to track down some pretty random parts, which he managed to find and get that sucker working! Big-time bonus. He also recommended some really cool touches, like a timer switch for the front lights. There were lots of things that needed minor tweaks that I didn't even realize, all of which he took care of. All in all, the house is in great shape and we can't thank him enough. Highly recommend.
There were dozens of items - painting, plumbing, wiring, clogs, drywall, etc. Also lots of minor fixups, like outlet covers, loose handles, locks, doors not opening/closing smoothly... Garage insulation panels, which he's a whiz at putting in incredibly neatly - the garage door repairman actually commented on them!
