Do not hire this company to manage your community! What they propose verses what they deliver are not the same. They have kickback arrangements with maintenance vendors and they will comingle your funds with every other client they manage. Even though their contract says otherwise. If you do expect to get terrible, rude service, if they respond at all. Your fees will increase. Your uncollected dues will go up. Your cash will go down. You books will be ruined. BEWARE!! There are reputable managment firms out there. This is not one of them!

Not only are Today's Management employees rude (WHEN you can actually speak to someone after the "run around"), they are con artists who send out letters to home owners about convenent violations like CANDY! All in hopes that you will not answer their letter and they can come back and charge you $20-$40 in a fee. We have never paid the fee, but have neighbors who have!! This extortion is how Today's Management makes it's money: off of the honest people who work hard for a living and do their very best............Today's Management company employees are parasites who interpret the individual HOA rules for any given neighborhood they are hired to help into their own interpretations and mail out letters to extort their paycheck monies! They are unprofessional, rude and bad at communication on purpose in hopes they the $20 isn't worth it to you to keep attempting to communicate with them. Can you image how much $20 adds ups for all they extort in a month?? Their paychecks, that's what it adds up to. Come on, don't hire this company....let these thieves go OUT OF BUSINESS. Right now the Alpharetta GA branch is being investigated for CONTRACT FRAUD on foreclosed home contracts (reported on the local news)....Today's Management has no soul!

I find them to be difficult to work with, the property manager, Ginny Krueger, has a very rude demeanor if any issue comes up that they don't want to deal with. They don't seem to care if the residents like them or are happy with their service. I would look else-where.

terrible service.They never follow up with concerns or return calls. No one ever answers the phone when you call.Takes an act of congress to get someone to respond from this company.Very poor customer service.

They manage my condo. They make you feel as though you are putting them out when you ask them to do their job. No follow up. They do not correct billing errors unless you bring the "heat". Avoid Today management like the plague.
