I live in a touchstone home, and was told that the landscaping would be corrected soon when I moved in. I have now lived here for 3 years, and there are still overgrown weeds all over the neighborhood that are taller than me. There are also unfinished areas all over the neighborhood that there have been numerous complaints on. I had a business contact when finding out where I lived, let me know that she almost put an offer on a house in the neighborhood, with a promise from the agent that landscaping would be addressed ASAP, until a neighbor saw her walking to her car and told her to not move in to the neighborhood. The neighbor said that the builders do not do what they say, and do not take care of the neighborhood or the homes. Touchstone Homes is a poor excuse for a builder in my opinion. My husband and I were the first on our street, and were "upgrading" from our old home. Our old home, which was a starter home, was built much better, and cost a lot less.
