My first time coming to look was not what I was expecting. The guys there were pushy, however before I was about to leave, I was actually asked by a nice young man who wasn't pushy at all. Vernon was much easier to deal with. The dealership tried to put me onto a car I had no intentions on looking at. Vernon went the extra mile to explain to me the differences in certain cars and found me a car I fell in love with. The Rogue was definitely what I was looking for. I would probably have left and never recommend anyone to go there but Vernon was the most exceptional salesman I've ever worked with.

I researched 2011 minivans for over 3 weeks, Consumer Reports, test drives, discussions. The sales guy 'Bruce' called me after an internet quote, I explained that I had not decided between the NIssan and the Honda. Over the phone Bruce was very helpful and promised not to be undersold by Honda. I fell in love with the re-designed Quest and told Bruce. I repeated over and over 'you are sure this is the deal you are going to give me?'. He reassured me, there was nothing hidden. I did not want to drive for an hour to be disappointed, well sure enough, they didn't have the color, as promised, and the 'deal' was $4000 more then what he told me over the phone! The sales manager came out and said Bruce would be written up -- BS! I think this is how they do business, get you all the way out there then try to cheat you. These people tried to do the old shell game, and I am not buying it or a car from them!

Best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Zero pressure from the sales staff and James was what a car salesman should be: honest, knowledgeable, courteous and aware of the needs of the customer. The negotiations were fair and everybody came away with what they wanted. We love our Murano and would definitely go back to them for further vehicle purchases.

I haven't purchased a vehicle at Town Center Nissan-I've only used their service dept. to svc my 2003 350Z but I must say that Jeff Haney & their other svc professionals are outstanding! They have taken care of me on several occasions & done such an excellent job that I just won't go anywhere else. They are fast, affordable & all aces when it comes to customer svc. If you have a Nissan, don't take it anywhere else!

I just purchased a Maxima (from another dealership) but needed to take my car if for an unusual noise. The service department was great...courteous, prompt and I left loving my car again.

I have been donig business with this serviced department for years. If I recall correctly, I first started dealing with them sometime in 2002. In fact, I have been doing business with 2 of their BEST service advisors since I bought my Nissan back in March of 2000 (I followed them here from their previous employer)!! I would not ever, under any non-emergency (and out of my control) circumstance, consider taking my Nissan anywhere else for service. These people, Domoniqe, Jeff, Mike, Jimmy, etc. are a uniuqe bunch in the auto service field. They are as honest, friendly, and helpful as is humanly possible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service for their Nissan auto. I'd send my own grandmother there. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I were so thrilled with the deal that we got with his truck that we bought my car there also. We shopped around for both of our vehicles and this dealership gave us the best offer by far. The service department is wonderful-I only take my car there to get it serviced.

My family went to this location after researching quite a bit. We had a verbal agreement with the terms outlined on paper and a smooth deal until we sat down to sign the paperwork. The deal in the finance office was completely different! My husband is in the banking business and does numbers all day long there was no way he was going to miss the discrepancies set before him. He insisted. We told him our deal. He said it was impossible. He spoke with 2 people on his phone and hung up. The deal we worked out: $1000 lease loyalty, $500 waived security deposit and invoice price. was a loosing proposition for them. My husband told him that the first 2 mentioned were manufacturer offered and has no effect on their dealership at all. He would not listen and we were 100% correct. My husband and I left the office with our two children in tow exhausted! In the end they were the only dealership to have the car we wanted in ALL of metro Atlanta. One day after making an inquiry on line for the Nissan we wanted I answered a questionnaire, it would match me with the right dealership. Guess which one calls?! I was honest with the gentleman that called, that we didn't want to do business with that dealership. He listened to our situation, we got the deal we had agreed upon the 1st day. I arrived to have my tow package installed and sat in their kiddie room for 4 hours before I asked what was going on?? They hadn't touched my car in 4 hours and sent me home in a matchbox on wheels

I few weeks ago their newspaper ad offered great prices on remaining 2006 Frontiers. When I got there I did find one honest sales person who conceded that they sold the last 2006 weeks ago. Went back yesterday after seeing an ad for s 2007 with options listed and what looked like a very fair price. The advertised truck was (again) not there so they tried to sell me on another one but when it came time to talk prices the sales manager said the price in the newspaper ad was for the base model. That even though the ad listed options those were not included in the price. I've bought 4 new Nissans since 1988 and every time I've wound up at the dealer in Lithia Springs. Maybe it's time to buy a Toyota, either way don't bother with Town Center Nissan.

i was looking to trade in my nissan (99 nissan altima) for something bigger i did not have a lot of money. will i did not get into a car. i really was filling like i did not matter.

I've bought two Nissans from this dealership and had great results with both. The service department is good. If you are a good negotiator, you can get a deal. But watch out for the lease financing! This is probably a bad option at any dealership.

I would not come back to this dealership to purchase another Nissan. I was told I was put into such a great deal and then later found out was put into a horrible lease. Coming into the dealership with 3K negative equity ended up after a year & half 10K upside down. Manager Saiz will stick you with anything that will allow him to make money off of you and create a sale for the dealership. They dont look out for the best interest of their customers, but only for themselves.

I purchased a new truck at Town Center Nissan and was very happy with the treatment I received and was not treated like I knew nothing about buying a car. We made an honest deal and I got the truck I wanted at the price I was quoted online. The entire deal including finance took 3 hours from beginning to end. The dealer has followed up to make sure I am happy with the truck. Best new car purchase by far, I have experienced.

Lithia Springs Nissan is closer to my home but after being turned away there several times for an oil change because they did not have time for my car. I would go straight to Town Center Nissan and have my oil changed in less than 30 minutes without an appointment. I have always found the staff professional and friendly.
