Great Experience!
I've been getting my Toyota Camry serviced at Hollywood Toyota since I first purchased it. I called to make an appointment first, and Danny Llamas was extremely helpful and transparent over the phone about price and procedure for a 70,000 mile maintenance. I dropped off my car, and the work was done very efficiently by Danny and his crew with no hidden costs. Great experience, wonderful honest service by Danny, and one of the reasons I come back to Toyota of Hollywood!

Good Service,although the wait was a lil long.....almost five hours.Nice hot coffee however.What about a vending machine in the waiting room? Sincerely, Sean F.Alexander

Victor Oajaca - Great service!
Victor Oajaca is my number one "go to guy" at Toyota. He always takes care of my car's needs as he knows how important my car is to me. Victor is always professional, accessible, accommodating, patient, and ensures my car is maintained to the highest level of care. I greatly appreciate Victor's concern and care.

Nice staff, great service
I called the dealership as soon as they opened to see if they could do a same-day check up. Sure enough, they got me in that morning. Brought my car in for standard maintenance and was assisted by Michael Dizacomo. Really genuine, nice guy from the start. After they had done the standard maintenance, he called to let me know some of the other issues that might require attention on my car. Unlike other shops/dealerships, he didn't try to hard sell me on all of them (as a female who brought the car in myself, I really appreciated it, and he spoke with me very professionally). I asked him which ones he thought were most important to take care of, and would most affect my day-to-day driving, and I felt he answered honestly. He respected my decision to do a couple of the services and skip others. This is my second time coming to this dealership for service, and so far I prefer them over the dealership where I actually bought my car. I was there for quite a while (Appt was at 9:30am, left with my car around 12:30pm), but I had planned ahead for that. I'll be back for my next check-up!
