Face it: this place is mainly a collector/scalper stop in the mornings, and it gets picked through before kids get out of school. You only get lucky finding good stuff if they happen to be stocking before the store closes. Thier customer service does stink, thier gaming section being the exception. Prices way too high than most places nearby, though they can carry hard to find or long ago abandoned toy lines in other chains. They remodeled about 10 yrs ago(?), and it has never really been the same since. Too bad. I like the old school feel.

What used to be the world's biggest toy store is now a place where it is impossible to find many items. The stores layout is very confusing and they do not have many items that were once easy to find. The employees seem to be untrained in the toy aspect and are unable to answer questions related to toys. Their video gaming section appears to be the only department well stocked and seems to have employees who can answer your questions. I find their prices to be higher than the same toys offered at Target and Walmart.
