This chain in general has a wide selection, but not enough variety of the item you are actually shopping for. If the floor model is the only one of the item in the store, they won't let you buy it either. This time they found a dusty trike for me in the back that they sold me, but it had a ripped canopy and gave me no discount. I usually end up shopping somewhere else or ordering online.

We still go there because they have some toys and games that you can't get anywhere else. The service stinks, it's hard to get any help and the place is somewhat unorganized. I avoid it as much as possible, but sometimes I need the selection to find the right gift or toy for our child.

I like the layout of this store, though I do wish they carry more board games, that section has dwindled through the years. Usually able to find what we are looking for. Great place to buy gifts. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The sales associates are very friendly. When you can't find a specific toy and if it is not in stock yet, they will take your name and number and will call you when it comes in. Great customer service.

These guys redid the store format about 3 or 4 years ago. Since then they carry a whole bunch of the 'mindless commercial' toys, the ones tied to a movie, tv show, or cartoon. They don't carry as much of the games and mind-challenging stuff you want for your kids. I hate the new format.
