For Christmas, I took my two boys and asked for gift registries to let out-of-town family know what they wanted to receive. With only one machine available at a time, I could only register one, since it a weekday, after work and school. Fine. My older son and I went back another day and clicked all his items he wished for and turned the machine in to the customer service desk and they said it would all be taken care of. I had to go back to get a printout of his list and they said it had been deleted, we would have to do it over. Fine. Came back and clicked everything again. Then, an out-of-town family member called while at a store in Ohio and said there was no registry. I went back to the store, and it had indeed been deleted, again! They had no explanation for me as to why this happened, so very disgusted, I told them next year, we will register at Target! Every time I go into this store, I come out even more disgusted with the service than before. And it's the employees. They are all incompetent. Unable to retain the information necessary to perform their jobs. They are always understaffed and constantly leaving the registers to get help from someone else. I hate to say, but my kids won't be Toys R Us kids ever again.

You can find almost any toy here. I love the thinking toys. The Lego selection is huge and there are plenty of choice in the electronic games. This is my son's favorite store.
