I discourage anyone from using this service. They were unreliable, taking several weeks to pick up the piano I was shipping and even longer to deliver it. Several scheduled pick-ups and deliveries were missed, frequently without notice and often attributed to truck breakdowns. When the piano was finally delivered, the wrong bench accompanied it. It took several more weeks to correct that error. Requests for compensation for the errors and delays received no adequate response.

You said I would get a discount if I gave you a review, so here it is! I wouldn't use any other company to move my customers antiques anyway :) Look forward to arranging another shipment, economy is really hurting though. But I still want my discount LOL!

I am an antique dealer and when a customer calls me to tell me what a great service that was provided by the shipper, it's great for my business. Nice job and will defintely use again.
